The Merrigum Historical Society is holding its Annual Heritage Day on Sunday, April 13, 10am to 3pm.
Come and see how things were done the “hard way,” with demonstrations of traditional skills like hay baling, chaff making, butter churning, and even re-barrelling of a Furphy Tank (11.30am-1.30pm). Vintage engines will be on display. A barbecue lunch is available, goodies will be sold at the general store, and there will also be a raffle. Adult entry $10 and $2 for children.
