
In a health alert issued recently, the Victorian Department of Health warned of the increased risk of measles in Victoria. Measles, a highly infectious disease which can cause further health complications, can be prevented with two doses of a measles-mumps-rubella (MMR) vaccine, but the statement warns that many Victorians may not have gotten both.
