AS the year wraps up, groups are gathering together for Christmas cheers celebrations. One recent festive occasion was enjoyed by the GV Health Extended Care Auxiliary, a dedicated group of volunteers who raise funds for specific units within GV Health such as the Mary Coram Rehabilitation Unit and Grutzner House.
For several decades, the group has assisted the hospital to purchase essential items and equipment to make stays more comfortable and helped to enhance care in the Goulburn Valley region through fashion parades and other fundraising efforts.
