GAME’s Big Green Diamond is a familiar sight across the Goulburn Valley and from the outside, GAME looks like a conventional commercial business, providing traffic management, grounds maintenance, temp fencing and equipment hire. Where GAME differs from all their competitors is that they use these commercial operations to fully fund and deliver a youth program called Geared4Careers.

Embedded in 15 local secondary schools across North East and Central Victoria, the program is currently assisting over a thousand participants remain engaged in school and transition to further education or employment.
