WORKS to replace the Maude and Vaughan Street roundabout with traffic signals is well underway, with traffic closed in all directions for the duration of the works, which are expected to be complete by April.

Works include demolition of the roundabout, removal of existing pavement, storm water upgrades, new pedestrian crossings, concrete works, re-asphalting the intersection, new traffic signals and landscaping.

“It is exciting to see the major redevelopments happening and we are really looking forward to the significant improvements being completed,” Greater Shepparton City Council director of infrastructure, Phil Hoare, said.
