Megan began working in the Geelong Store as a sales assistant in 2004, before moving to Shepparton in 2014 to take over the manager’s role at the newly opened Shepparton store.
Since then, she has put in a huge amount of work, constantly growing and improving the store’s range and customer base. Megan has recently progressed to taking on the role of area manager and oversees operations from central Victoria right across to the Mildura region. The thing she enjoys most about working at Darby’s is engaging with the customers, having a laugh with her workmates and doing colour matches.
