BARNABY Joyce has begun his federal election campaign with a visit to Echuca-Moama alongside Sam Birrell and Steve Brooks for the the opening of the Echuca-Moama bridge project. Mr Joyce was campaigning in the seat of Nicholls after Nationals MP Damian Drum announced his retirement.

“The Dhungala and Yakoa bridges that cross the Campaspe and Murray rivers stand as a testament to the tireless work done by the community and their representatives over the course of decades. These are the type of projects that the Nationals team in Parliament are able to achieve, and if elected, I hope to see more projects like this one completed in our region,” said Sam Birrell of the project.
