This year the Phillips family will celebrate their 20th year with Elders Insurance.
“My wife Colleen and I purchased the local Elders Insurance Shepparton franchise back in 2001, we started working together and employed Elaine, our first team member and Elaine only retired earlier this year,” said Will.
“Our business had changed significantly with two long-term highly, valued team members retiring in 2021. With a combined 33 years in the business, the contributions John Low and Elaine Christie made throughout their time at Elders Insurance Shepparton were immeasurable. They’ve been a great asset to us, and they’ve been a pleasure to work with, we wish them both a happy retirement.”
In terms of what the future holds, Will and Colleen reflect on their time so far.
“The first 20 years have gone so quickly; we will certainly continue to provide our personal and professional 24/7 insurance service to the great people of the Goulburn Valley,” said Will.
“We have plans to bring new members to the business and continuously develop our current team to ensure Elders Insurance continues to deliver a great experience and solid insurance products to our valued clients.”
