Honestly this is a no brainer. The solutions have been discussed ad nauseam for many years, by many in Shepparton. Give Ratepayers a free tip pass, at least once per year, so if they have the means that they can dispose of unwanted goods.
The other part of the solution is, at least once per year maybe twice, curbside hard rubbish removal. These options won’t solve the ‘lazy’ folk but could go some way to provide a solution to the problem. Provide residents with the means to dispose of the rubbish.
