ONE of Victoria’s longest running arts festivals kicked off last week, with the celebration of all things creative and artistic in our region now in full swing.

Shepparton Festival 2022 encompasses a two-week program that brings people together from all walks of life to celebrate the vibrant creative community.

Friday night saw the Botanic Gardens come alive with music, food and art. The evening featured an art installation, ‘Reflection Room’ by Michael Ciavarella, as well as live music from the Shepparton Festival Choir and Shepparton Brass & Wind.

Shepparton Festival’s program will run from March 18 to April 3 and features events for everyone and spans performance, music, comedy, visual art, workshops and more.

The Festival’s theme, ‘Thrive’, focuses on celebrating our thriving region – its people, businesses, arts and cultures through creative experiences, events and much more.
