FOLLOWING extensive damage after a “tornado-like” storm ripped through the region before Christmas, causing destruction from Tatura to Bunbartha, Tatura Pool is now back open in time for the scorching weather.
The storm caused flash flooding, shade sail and pump damage. Clean-up of the pool and grounds and reinstallation of the pumps allowed for filtration of the water, in order to return it to an appropriate quality.
During the school holidays, the facility is open Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 6.30am – 8.30am and Monday through to Sunday from 1pm – 7pm.
