Vibert Reserve Pavilion Reaches Stage 3 of Redevelopment

Greater Shepparton City Council have awarded the contract for Stage 3 of the Vibert Reserve Pavilion redevelopment to Shepparton-based company, Crow Constructions Pty Ltd.

The major expansion works, totalling more than $3.7M, will make further improvements to the pavilion that will accommodate the Shepparton South Community Centre’s move from Service Street, as well as a number of sporting clubs who use the pavilion.

Mayor, Cr Kim O’Keeffe said the relocation of the South Shepparton Community House to Vibert Reserve would ensure the community had regular access to a purpose-built space for skill development, social activities and support.

This development is partly funded by the Federal Government’s Local Roads and Community Infrastructure Program. Works should commence in September and take around 11 months to complete.
