An Expression of Interest (EoI) process is underway to find a tenant to manage the Mokoan Hub at Winton Wetlands Reserve. The Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action (DEECA) said proposals that include partnerships, joint ventures or new business ideas to support the existing cafe offering are highly encouraged to submit an EoI by 2pm, Thursday, September 11, 2025.
With great views across the wetlands, the hub is a popular spot that includes cafe dining, function facilities, and a modern commercial kitchen. The Mokoan Hub was officially opened in 2015 and won the national sustainable building award in 2016 and is a focal point for visitors to the wetland.
