Group empowering regional infrastructure
You might not know the name ‘Gradian Group’ but there is a good chance you know this fast-growing Shepparton engineering, construction and manufacturing company’s work.
In just five years it has made a big mark on the Goulburn Valley, building everything from service stations in Shepparton to bridges in Euroa and Nagambie, as well as delivering Nagambie’s $4m boardwalk project.
The Gradian Group’s core mission is helping build regional Australia with innovative, high-quality and sustainable engineering and construction.
It is also dedicated to investing in regional Australia’s future by supporting local businesses and communities with secure employment opportunities, local sporting sponsorships and other initiatives.

“We want to revolutionise the regional infrastructure industry, come up with a one-stop solution, do things faster and better and introduce new product to the market,” says Gradian Group Managing Director and CEO Deepak Singh, who founded the company with business partner and Director Mathew Ryan in 2018. “It’s all about disrupting the market.”
With five different companies grouped under the one ‘roof’ – Gradian Projects (specialising in engineering and commercial buildings), Gradian Hydrotech (specalising in poly fittings and water-related products), Milcast Australia (specialising in customised pre-cast concrete products), MCF Build (specialising in pre-cast panels and steel fabrication) and Monteleone Homes (a residential-home company with its own in-house engineers and architects) – the Gradian Group’s expertise spans the full gamut of construction possibilities.
This unique combination of expertise, innovation and community-minded spirit has seen the Gradian Group grow to approximately 100 staff today, including 15 new apprentices hired within the last 12 months.
And there’s more to come. Later this year it will launch a new range of precast and prefabricated residential homes it hopes will slash home-delivery waiting times while costing roughly the same as conventional dwellings.
