Embedding six core values- Faith, Excellence, Justice, Respect, Integrity and Inclusion, All Saints is not only continuing to unroll its Master Plan with exciting plans for a state-of-the-art STEAM precinct, but is set to welcome a leap in new enrolments in 2026. Few things in education are as powerful as a thriving school culture, one that nurtures agency, fosters leadership and voice, and above all, cultivates genuine fellowship.

Embracing its unique opportunity to establish and strengthen its own distinctive ethos, All Saints Anglican School has accomplished some remarkable results since opening its doors last year, embedding a school culture founded on its six core values: Faith, Excellence, Justice, Respect, Integrity and Inclusion.

Welcoming 170 new students to campus this year, Principal Jim Laussen said:

“It was lovely to see how quickly these students became a part of our school culture, slotting in so readily. It says a great deal about the strong school culture that we’ve been building since last year.”

Bringing its current enrolment to 393 students this year, with a projected leap to around 590 in 2026, Jim is ardent about the significant feedback from the community that further exemplifies the school’s early success.

“We just did a survey with our families and staff, and 95 per cent of our families rated the quality of teaching here as either good or very good – so that blew us away. Overwhelmingly also, the staff spoke about a sense of belonging and purpose that they enjoyed here as part of our professional community.”

Deeply committed to developing the whole child, All Saints embeds leadership opportunities throughout the school. Year 8 student leaders run assemblies and actively model the school’s values, as well as the school motto: Equipped to Serve.

“We’ve established a strong leadership team in Year 8. This year we’ve got two exceptional school captains who run all our assemblies, so the student voice is constantly heard,” Jim said.

“They continually reinforce who we are and what we’re about. They also lead by example and show what All Saints students should aspire to be.”

Catering to growing enrolments and a projection of around 1,000 students in 2029, All Saints is currently finalising Stage 2 of its Master Plan, adding 12 new classrooms, eight for the middle school and four for the junior school, this year. Next year, construction will begin on a state-of-the-art STEAM precinct, which will house three new science laboratories, a large visual arts studio, VET

woodworking spaces, as well as performing arts rooms. The STEAM building is scheduled to open in 2027, just in time for the school’s fast-tracking VCE Year 10 students.

Looking forward to expanding its co-curricular activities in the arts, sport and community service projects, All Saints Anglican School is currently in the midst of rehearsals for its inaugural school production, Dare to Dream Jr.

Committed to ensuring student-centred success while also enriching student life, All Saints Anglican School holds fast to its core values. As Jim said:

“Ultimately, my hope is for all our students to show kindness to each other, and to graduate from All Saints with an acceptance of diversity and inclusion. Obviously, we focus on academic success, but it’s the roundness of the person, as well, that’s important.”
