Angelo Poppa, co-owner and managing director of GV Hydraulink, embarked on his first business venture with a rundown business and a dream. Today, his hydraulic company is a success story in Shepparton, with a team of eight and clients across the globe.
Angelo’s commitment to his team and clients has been instrumental in his success. “Good key staff is paramount. Treat them well, and they’ll do the same for you,” he advises. Despite the challenges, Angelo wouldn’t hesitate to do it all over again. His mantra for success? “There’s nothing better than someone saying it can’t be done, but you’ve done it,” he states.
