Drawing over 350 people to a fully booked ceremony, this year’s event not only emphasised the vital role of volunteers in the community but also saw the introduction of the Bella Ainsworth Young Volunteer Award, a tribute to a passionate young advocate for youth engagement who sadly succumbed to cancer.

During the ceremony, keynote speaker and Richmond FC AFLW player Grace Egan shared her inspiring journey into elite sport, while also highlighting the invaluable contributions of volunteers and the importance of building strong community connections.
