HYROX is the latest fitness craze that has two Shepparton locals ready to take the world by storm. Mel and Emma have qualified to compete for AUSTRALIA in the Hyrox Fitness Race to be held in Nice, France in June 2024, after they came second for their age group at a competition in Melbourne.

To help Mel and Emma take on the world, the proceeds of this month’s Shepparton Clubs Charity Raffle will go to the pair. HYROX includes a mix of eight 1km runs alternating with eight different workouts.
