The Mental Health and Wellbeing Local (MHWL) in Shepparton, servicing Greater Shepparton, Strathbogie, and Moira, are here to help you navigate it.
They open right through the holiday season. Whether you want a one-off chat, a quick phone call, or something longer-term, our doors and phone lines are ready. They provide free support with no referral or Medicare card needed for adults 26 and over, their families, and carers.
You can drop in anytime to talk with their lived-experience staff, who can help you access support from their multidisciplinary team. MHWL is committed to creating a welcoming, accessible space for everyone, no matter your ability, culture, or background.
Wellways-led mental health services are co-designed with the community and delivered in partnership with APMHA HealthCare and Goulburn Valley Health to ensure you get the support you need.
Drop in for a cuppa or give them a call — and feel free to share this with someone who might need it. Support is here all year round, not just during the holidays.
