THE SAM Precinct and Victoria Park Lake will come to life this weekend for ‘Illuminate,’ a two-day celebration of the new Shepparton Art Museum (SAM) and the region’s creativity, innovation, and perseverance.
Illuminate will come to life on Friday, March 25 at 6pm through to 9:30pm, and conclude Saturday night from 5pm through to 10pm, with an immersive laser, light and sound show. The final 12-minute immersive experience commences at 9.45pm.
10,000 attendees are expected to attend over the two days, giving a boost to local businesses and the visitor economy, while establishing Shepparton and as a vibrant destination with showstopping events. It is a family-friendly, free event.
