TO the Di Conza family, supporting local businesses means supporting local families. Their staff are treated like they are their own.
Joe said, “We employ five other staff members outside of the family. So, that’s five other families that we look after.”
Over the past 50 years, more than 25 long-term staff have been employed at Pat & Tina’s at various stages, which Joe says, “is 25 families like ours that we’ve been able to support.”
