INGREDIENTS
n 6-8 eggs
n 200 grams bacon
n 1 tomato
n 1 green capsicum
n 4 mushrooms
n 1 small red onion
n 300mls pouring cream
n Zucchini
n Tasty cheese
n Olive oil spray
METHOD
1 Whisk eggs and cream together in dish.
2 Chop all desired vegetables and bacon finely.
3 Grate zucchini and block cheese if not using pre-shredded.
4 Spray small frypan with oil spray and fry ingredients except for cheese lightly.
5 Add vegetables straight to dish careful not to allow too much liquid into egg and cream mixture (strain beforehand if easier) and whisk together. Add a half cup of cheese throughout mixture.
6 Once mixed through, spread cup of cheese over the top of quiche.
7 Bake in oven at around 150 C for 45 minutes or until golden.
