Safety in the workplace is paramount. As workplace safety standards continue to evolve, so too does the demand for practical, compliant and high-quality training programs and solutions. As the region’s trusted provider of workplace fire and safety services, FireWatch Safety Results Group (FWSR Group) is investing in specialised training infrastructure to reinforce its commitment to delivering end-to-end safety solutions, not only for the region but across Victoria.

Driving operational excellence with services spanning fire protection, Nationally Recognised Training, height safety and gas detection, FWSR Group is nearing completion of a new, purpose-built training centre at its Shepparton branch. This facility has been designed from the ground up to deliver Nationally Recognised Training across key safety disciplines, including breathing apparatus and respiratory protection, confined space entry, emergency coordination, fire safety, first aid and working at heights.

The centre features a fully equipped theory training space, complete with kitchen facilities, restrooms and media technology. Adjacent to this is a practical training area, which includes a custom-designed confined space entry prop, a height safety tower and a mezzanine level for advanced height training, ensuring participants gain real-world experience in a safe, controlled environment.

This expansion is part of a broader growth strategy, with construction also underway at FWSR Group’s new Bendigo training centre. Together, these facilities will enhance training accessibility for regional industries and businesses across Victoria.

As a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 45221), FWSR Group supports clients from training and assessment through to the installation, certification and maintenance of fire protection systems. The company also offers group training at the Shepparton, Melbourne, Mildura and soon-to-launch Bendigo locations. For added convenience, FWSR Group’s qualified trainers also deliver programs on-site or via its mobile confined space and height safety trailer.
