The Adviser’s Our GV magazine is now up to its 11th year of publication, and looking through all the past editions gives an indication of just how much the Goulburn Valley has grown and prospered. Each year, new businesses spring up – and every one of these enterprises has a backstory of creativity, risk, entrepreneurial spirit and a huge amount of hard work. This is in addition to the continued innovation and success of the businesses that have been around for decades.
It is an immense privilege to tell the story of what has been achieved in this part of Australia in the Federal Parliament, as I believe it is an example for the future of our nation. It is also a great responsibility to do everything possible to ensure that government policy helps rather than hinders this economic growth, along with the associated employment and living standard improvement.
The Our GV magazine can be seen as a tribute to everyone who makes the Goulburn Valley the great place it is.
