
WATERMELON and rosé go together, and make it Christmassy with candy canes so you have a holiday event cocktail to add colour to your party spread.
INGREDIENTS
n 1/4 seedless watermelon
n 1 tbs Cointreau
n Sparkling rosé
n Candy canes, to serve
METHOD
1. For best results, Begin this recipe at least one day ahead.
2. Using a melon baller, scoop balls from 1/4 seedless watermelon. Place into a container and freeze overnight.
3. Pile watermelon balls into chilled glasses, pour 1 tbs Cointreau over each. Top up with sparkling rosé. Garnish with candy canes and serve!
