I’m so proud to represent this diverse and dynamic region that is celebrated for its world-class agricultural, horticultural, manufacturing and food processing industries, as well as its creative tourism industry.
In the face of a cost-of-living crisis and economic headwinds, the region has demonstrated a fresh level of innovation and entrepreneurialism among the businesses that make our area thrive.
Before being a member of parliament, I was a small business owner, and I know that businesses are the backbone of our local economy, and I will always be a champion for improved business conditions.
