Camerons Lawyers in Shepparton are seeking a Part Time receptionist to support administration staff for three hours over lunchtime, five days a week. This is a terrific way to get your foot in the door and to learn legal terminology and the workings of a successful law firm.
They also seek someone to fill an ideal Full-Time role in administration. Working within the administration team, you will be responsible for supporting the rest of staff and saving lawyers and their clients time by moving the process along.
“The law practice could not function without them. Our admin staff are really the cogs in the system that keep everything turning,” says practice manager, Chelsie Sharp.
Brooke McCluskey began working reception at Camerons Lawyers in 2018 and has progressed through general administration, to her current role as a personal assistant.
Motivated candidates will have plenty of opportunities at Camerons Lawyers. Staff have progressed to becoming legal clerks through similar points of entry in the company, where they can earn bonuses and undertake conveyancing work without a legal qualification.
Confidentiality is a main requirement of this role. Ideal candidates will have a professional attitude, great time management and organisational skills, excellent typing skills, the ability to retain information and to learn new things, and customer service skills are preferred.
