INCLEMENT weather couldn’t dampen the enthusiasm of visitors to the new Dennis Family Homes display centre at Seven Creeks Estate in Shepparton, which opened recently.

With a large number of visitors over the weekend, we were very pleased with how the opening went,” Dennis Family Homes northern regional manager, Jason Watts, said.

The opening of the three Inspirations Series homes on display – the Sandford 343 Hamptons, Heathcote 313 Savannah and Olinda 263 Verve – had been eagerly anticipated by interested new home buyers in the Shepparton region, due to its high visibility to traffic on the Goulburn Valley Highway and the eye-catching Hamptons façade on the Sandford 343.

“People loved all three homes,” sales consultant, Jackie Taplin, said.

“We also had a lot of people travelling from other regional areas just to see the Hamptons façade.”

The Hamptons façade is one of two firsts for the Shepparton display.

“It is the first time the new Sandford design has been built anywhere and it is the first home to feature our new Hamptons façade,” national design manager, Kelvyn Rowley, said.

“The Sandford is particularly well suited to the larger block widths enjoyed in regional areas,” he said.

“And the display centre showcases homes to suit all different buyers.”

“The Heathcote 313 features a stunning master suite and living area at the rear of the home, ideal for capitalising on properties with captivating rear views. While the impressive vaulted ceiling in the Olinda 263 demonstrates that first home buyers and downsizers do not need to compromise on the ‘wow’ factor.”

And ‘wow’ factor was a term frequently used to describe the beautiful interiors of the new display homes, each distinctively different and artfully designed by Gail Connor, senior interior designer with Dennis Family Homes.

Dennis Family Homes will continue operating its existing display at Shepparton’s Kialla Lakes Estate, featuring the Charlton 373, Hartley 333 and Hastings 273, until September.

“With up to $45,000 currently available to eligible buyers through HomeBuilder and other grants, there has never been a better time to build your dream home,” Jackie Taplin said.

“And the Shepparton displays of Dennis Family Homes can now show you exactly what that dream could look like.”

The three Dennis Family Homes display homes are open at Seven Creeks Estate, Kialla, from 11am – 5pm, seven days a week. Enter via Cormorant Boulevard.
