Local firm continues to expand

Over more than three decades, PSC Griffiths Goodall has grown to become the Goulburn Valley’s largest insurance brokerage and one of the biggest in Australia.

Following a merger with PSC Group in 2019, the business continues to expand, connecting a broad and growing base of clients to a comprehensive range of insurance products.

With its expertise spanning everything from motor and home to construction, civil contracting, transport/logistics, agri/food/stockfeed/farm and increasingly popular cyber insurance, PSC Griffiths Goodall well and truly lives up to its claim of, ‘Any industry, any hazard, any problem’.

“The market is always changing and we pride ourselves on being able to adapt to whatever unique circumstances present themselves, successfully navigating significant economic disruptions including the recent pandemic and natural disasters,” said Managing Principal Mandy Gladman.

“Our aim is to obtain the best premiums across the market for our clients along with personalised service, which includes our in-house claims team.”

PSC Griffiths Goodall’s all-encompassing offering is underpinned by the considerable expertise and knowledge of its 40 staff, a blend of reputable, experienced brokers and new talent with several hundreds of years combined experience in the industry behind it.

“The business prides itself on giving clients highly personalised service, especially during the all-important claims process,” said Sales Executive Nathan Findlay.

“Insurance broking shouldn’t simply end with the finalising of a policy,” said Gladman. “It ought to be a service that walks with the client every step of the way and this is how we operate at PSC Griffiths Goodall.”
