The commitment to quality local produce and affordable groceries is the cornerstone of most thoughts as we work to feed, clothe and clean our families in these busy times.

One hundred and thirty years of servicing and supplying the greater Shepparton community, Fairleys IGA continues to build its trusted brand in the north of Shepparton. While the award-winning retailer eagerly awaits work to begin on the development of the new state-of-the-art supermarket and commercial and retail centre on the corner of Numurkah Road and Hawkins Street North Shepparton, they have not lost sight of what made them a staple in the Goulburn Valley.

“Fairleys has been meeting the needs of Shepparton residents for more than 130 years. Since taking ownership in 2012, we have been lobbying for a new, improved supermarket building to ensure we provide a greater shopping experience for our customers,” said managing director of Fairleys IGA, Michael Lorenz.

While maintaining that the new IGA will continue to ‘stay alive’ to local demand and buy local ‘supplies’ wherever it could, Michael reaffirmed the business’ core values.

“Fairleys will continue to offer the largest range of supermarket items for the community in Shepparton at the best prices with a friendly smile and great service. The new building will be important in many ways, from improving sustainability issues to better meeting our customer demands,” said Michael.
