The Geared4Careers youth engagement and employment program operates under a unique model, in that it is:
· Fully funded by two commercial entities, GAME Traffic & Contracting and Recruitment Select, and
· It is embedded in our local secondary schools
The program is designed to work in partnership with existing school careers staff supporting its year 9 – 12 students to reach their full potential, including instilling resilience and a strong work ethic, followed by them transitioning to further study or employment providing the workforce of the future for our region.

Commencing in 2011, with only 30 participants, Geared4Careers currently has over 1,600 youth participating in the program across 14 regional secondary schools, including 379 participants at the Greater Shepparton Secondary College.
GAME CEO, Josh Hudson attributes the programs endurance and success to an organisation committed to providing strong social dividends to their community and a Board and management team supported by dedicated and driven staff working to fund and deliver the program.
The benefits of GAME’s social enterprise model are clearly illustrated by the game changing results being achieved by Geared4Careers. 67 percent of our participants of working age are engaged in after school employment and at the end of the 2022 school year, 93% of our Year 12 participants successfully transitioned to work or further study.

When you need Traffic Management and Equipment, Grounds Maintenance or Temporary Fencing, call 1800 GET GAME, and engage a local, qualified, experienced and committed team you can trust knowing your investment will contribute to improving educational and employment outcomes for our youth across the region.
