Celebrating 20 years of servicing Victoria and beyond in providing tailor-made security solutions to both residential and commercial clients, Mark and Vicki Liversidge know the vital role that trust plays when clients come to them.

As managing director, Mark stated, “It’s you that clients are really buying when they need security solutions for their property. You can show customers a product and explain to them how it works but really, they’re putting their trust in you. They’re banking on your experience.”
With three apprentices rounding out the 11 strong team at Insight Protection Solutions, office manager, Vicki ensures that the trainees understand the significance of the trust that is bestowed upon them, while also acknowledging the vitality that youth bring to the business as well.
“With all the young ones coming through, they breathe life into the business. You are training the next generation of technicians which is exciting, and they bring technical edge as well.”
Along with integrating security systems and providing technical solutions to problems in the field, staying abreast of technological innovation is another feature that provides Insight Protection Solutions with its edge in the market, says Mark. With an average shelf life of two to three years, knowing state-of-the-products and gaining manufacturer accreditation on those products is a must.
“New technology comes mainly through industry groups,” said Mark, having recently returned from the Security Exhibition & Conference in Sydney. “It is here that manufacturers get together and showcase their latest products. We normally come away from these conventions with three or four really good ideas and we aim to implement these in our business over the next 12 months before the next convention.”
